These Terms of Service govern your use of pbn.digital and all related services. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using pbn.digital ("the Website") and purchasing any services, including PBN link packages, niche edits, guest posts, and related offerings ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Services.
2. Description of Services
pbn.digital provides backlink placements on websites built on expired or aged domains, as well as niche edits, guest posts, and related link building services. The specific details of each service are described on the relevant product page at the time of purchase.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
3. Ordering and Payment
All prices are listed in US dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment is due at the time of order placement. We accept credit cards, wire transfers, and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, and SOL).
You represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that sufficient funds are available. In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute, we reserve the right to suspend all pending orders and revoke any active placements until the matter is resolved.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
Our refund policy is governed by the Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Key points include:
- Orders may be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of placement, provided work has not begun.
- Completed and delivered orders are not eligible for cash refunds.
- All delivered orders are covered by our replacement guarantee: a 30‑day indexing guarantee and a 90‑day deindex replacement policy.
5. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete information for each order, including target URLs, preferred anchor text, and niche specifications. You are responsible for ensuring that your target pages comply with applicable laws and do not promote illegal, offensive, or harmful content.
You acknowledge that link building carries inherent algorithmic risk under Google's Webmaster Guidelines, and you assume full responsibility for any consequences resulting from the placement of our links on your site.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of pbn.digital or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Content created for placement on PBN domains or editorial sites (articles, anchor text, reports) is transferred to the client upon delivery. You grant us a non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to use your brand name and URL solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
7. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality over all client information, including target URLs, placement domains, and campaign strategies. All orders are covered by a standard Non‑Disclosure Agreement (NDA). Client identities and target URLs are never disclosed to third parties without your prior written consent.
For agency white‑label partners, a mutual NDA is signed at onboarding covering non‑disclosure of pbn.digital as the underlying supplier.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, pbn.digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our Services, including but not limited to changes in search engine rankings, traffic fluctuations, algorithmic penalties, or manual actions.
Our total liability for any claim arising from the Services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order in question. We do not guarantee specific ranking improvements, traffic increases, or revenue outcomes.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless pbn.digital, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third‑party rights.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other clients, our business, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pbn.digital operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
12. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be posted on this page with the effective date. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Orders are governed by the Terms in effect at the time of purchase.
